      I have been working at Kingspan for more than 3 years in various marketing roles and have had the best experience. I joined as a Graduate and since then I have been given every opportunity to develop my skills, work on interesting projects and work with people all over the world.

      Cons

      It can be a demanding place to work because it is so fast-paced, agile and dynamic.

      Some nice people Decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
