      Quite a relaxed and friendly culture. Most management is very approachable and happy to help.

      Cons

      Training and development is lacking and promotions are generally given for political reasons rather than through people genuinely deserving them.

      Some nice people Decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
