Used to have a nice xmas bonus, after 20 years it is no more

Cons

There used to be an xmas bonus well deserved too, parking is a nightmare and all the the lads have their clicks so going in for a 12 hour shift in a place you aren't happy in is quite depressing.

Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
