You're paid (some of the time) they actually took 40% of our salary when covid started

Cons

Horrible culture, unethical practices, toxic abusive environment, managers are paid so much that they turn a blind pain to the clear suffering of staff. If they don't like you they'll pay you to leave.

Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
