      Ability to grow with the company. Ability to travel to various sites, tradeshows, suppliers. Gives employees a chance to experience multiple areas of the business

      Cons

      Lack of support by upper management. Very european centric company in that how it was done in Europe has to be how it is done elsewhere

      Some nice people Decent pay and benefits

      Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
