Great Benifits, most of the time it’s easy work, friendly and cooperative management, Easy to gain raises if you’re willing to learn and put in the work.

Cons

Starting pay, not good compared to others in the area. Lots of paperwork and bureaucracy when it comes to completing and receiving your raises.

Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
