3 year old organization still going through some administrative growth pains

Good pay, nice sign on bonus, flexible when requesting time off or working different hours if needed.

Poor on-boarding and training program. Many of the "trainers" lack the experience necessary to create protocols and job aids. Many unnecessary steps and tasks.
