Cons
Incredibly high turnover, leaving behind egocentric and often harsh personalities on the management path. Lots of inter-group conflict and siloed data, despite efforts to correct. Ridiculously imbalanced and rare promotions, despite many employees functioning above their level. Recent hires of low caliber. Increasingly stressful and lean environment helmed by scientists with little industry experience and poor DOE skills, leading to lots of time wasted repeating assays and years long OFAT development. Input from lower level employees is glossed over as though we don't understand issues.
