Pros
Kite has free snacks. The people below management are wonderful. The ability to foster relationships with coworkers and become part of a team is made easy by those on shift.
Cons
Employee training is lacking. Due to burnout those on the floor do not provide comprehensive training for newer individuals. The supervisors are incapable of handling the duties if their position due to them not knowing how to do the process. Supervisors and management would rather participate and encourage discord rather than promote team unity. HR does not keep matters confidential which adds to the volatile culture. The company preaches work life balance but only when it does not interfere with production.
