I don’t feel like this employer positively impacted my life or bank account.

Cons

Management have no experience in the roles that they’ve been given. Titles are inflated, there is a culture of bullying and harassment that management openly participate in. If you want to work in a company that makes no sense and you will only have opportunities for growth based on your social status - YOU FOUND IT! Something sketchy must be going on..

- weekly pay - good discount - good comission - good benefits

Cons

some co-workers here are cool, but a lot of people who get hired here were losers and then got a job here and think they're someone. It creates a lot of displaced ego, and it's hard to work with those people genuinely.
