Pros

The staff here is full of great people from diverse backgrounds. Everyone is very easy to work with, no drama.

Cons

The company is inefficient, does not pay well, requires full time in office, has no perks. The company is overrun with inexperienced men who have no outside knowledge of how to run a company because they've never worked anywhere else. If you're not in the boys club, you won't make it far and you won't be heard. Everyone I know is *extremely* depressed because you do not get opportunities for working hard or having experience, you get opportunities for being "cool" or well liked.

- weekly pay - good discount - good comission - good benefits

Cons

some co-workers here are cool, but a lot of people who get hired here were losers and then got a job here and think they're someone. It creates a lot of displaced ego, and it's hard to work with those people genuinely.
