Behind the scenes inter-department politics can be overwhelming, limited to no recognition for work above and beyond your expected role, the particular customers KTP usually sees (tourists) are typically rude and inconsiderate which de-incentivizes you to organize and keep your area neat since it will likely only last an hour at most.
