Very intense and personal workplace - Anonymous employee Kiva Employee Review

Thanks so much for your review of Kiva. We really appreciate your feedback and would like to acknowledge your comments about disorganization and getting too personal at times. We strive to really make a Kiva a place that everyone can work together and collaborate and sometimes people can get too personal, so apologize for that experience. Yes, sometimes we are a bit disorganized sometimes and it is important to tighten up our processes. I will make note of this and bring this up to leadership.
