Pros

The best dealership to work at. But I stress dealership, not business. Runs like a typical dealership, but compensation can be good.

Cons

Long term employees are treated the worst, while new hires are the heroes. Typical sales pressure, car business probably not a long term career anymore.

Pros

Klaben has an outstanding reputation in the community which offers a lot of repeat customer and opportunities to sell cars. Most of the employees are very chill and personable.

Cons

Lots of a favoritism where top sales people are fed deals and allowed to walk all over other newer employees. Some negative sales people bring down the morale of the team as well.
