I don’t think everyone understands the full potential of the Klaviyo platform, including Klaviyos.
Cons
Where to start? They have been talking about going public for 4 years and that’s when your equity, “will really mean something!” They’re not going public anytime soon. The leadership is a revolving door of people at the C-suite that can’t work with the CEO or at a company that promises everything but delivers nothing. Klaviyo is all bells and whistles but nothing substantive. Just another tech company that will probably go belly up due to mismanagement and breakneck, unsustainable growth. Also, they claim they didn’t have layoffs have but, “reorganized” (fired) over 50+ people because they over-hired. They had layoffs. They just won’t call it that. Lastly, you won’t have a life. 50-60 hour weeks. The “unlimited” vacation would be great if management actually let you take it and didn’t guilt trip you.
