Pros
There are some really kind, generous people who make up the "bottom half" of the company.
Cons
- Very toxic leadership. Leadership has no sense of long term vision or direction and constantly flip flops on what they're looking for to follow the CEO's whims. This trickles down into to an incredibly stressful environment for middle management and ICs. Leadership will go as far as to gaslight you if you push back and say that you're working on something they initially asked for, and you'll be on the chopping block for layoffs. - The company claims it is an "intense but rewarding environment" yet they keep removing anything rewarding, and only pushing for more. Raises and promos are few and far between, the "bonus" is absolutely laughable and so far below industry standard. You are losing money staying at this company in today's economy. - Aiming for a "burn and churn" culture - Very much a fear-based culture of "if you make a mistake, you may lose your job" with a CPO who does not believe in psychological safety. This is not a place to grow and learn. It's a place to make the c-suite more billions of dollars and get scrutinized every step of the way. - Slowly cutting any efforts to support ERGs and DEIB initiatives. - No effort to give back to employees in any way through benefits or perks. Many have been cut. "Blood from a stone" culture. - RTO is a complete control grab and creates a wildly inequitable environment full of sexual harassment, bias against those who work differently, and deep opportunities for discrimination. On top of this, half of the company leadership is not in office in accordance with the time mandates, so it's a real clown show.
