Quality technician - Quality Control Technician Kleen Test Products Employee Review

Work there for almost two year, barely got any training to be a Quality technician because I reviewed the Master Plan Reports. I barely made any mistakes as a Quality technician but as soon as I made one I got terminated, first I got written up then two weeks later I was terminated. They give you a couple of PENNY every year for a raise, my supervisor always told me human resources wasn't on our side.. A lot of negative goes on, everyone is turned against each other, there's no growth for African Americans. They lost a lot of there customers. They make the temporary workers work hard for minimum wage, as well look down at them..
