There is no moral in Kleen Test Products! They don't respect their employees at all! No matter how much you go above and beyond, it will never mean anything & you'll never get acknowledged for your extra efforts! Management looks at you as a number and has the mindset of you being replaceable. (80% of the company are temporary employees making $7.25 hourly) You always have to work weekends (6-7 Day work weeks) 8 -12 hours a day and they make it mandatory! They have no care about your family! You'll never advance within & the employees are never happy to be working for such a terrible, unappreciated, unloyal, disrespectful group of people (Owner Bruce Pindyck & Management). That's exactly why there's 80 % Temporary employees working here and the full time employees never last! *Revolving Door Last but, most importantly...They don't pay ANYTHING!
