Pros
There is none. They underpay you as they overwork you. Concerns and grievances fall on deaf ears.
Cons
The Quality and Document Control Department is a joke. Promotions are based on a popularity contest with Upper Management. You will find employees get promoted dependent on how well-liked they are by Directors, Vice Presidents, and Presidents. Some get promoted if they whine and stomp their feet. In order to quiet them down, they get promoted, even though they have no education or college degree. Directors make 6-figures and can't navigate or recall what Procedures or Documents that they have signed on. Managers were promoted without having any type of degree, but again, only promoted on how well they are complacent and favorited with the upper management. Salaried employees leave early and come ion late. No one watches them and they get the same pay as those who work hard. The plants are filthy, and overall morale is gone. They are so desperate to maintain their big customers that they add production lines in filthy warehouses. Production employees don't care because they are overworked and it is rare to find one who speaks English or stays for more than a month. No one cares about Quality and basically turns a blind eye when it comes to product Quality.
