Terrible company to work for. - IT Operations Kleen Test Products Employee Review

There were MANY shady technical processes that were put into place by the HR/IT departments when I was employed here. Lots of email/web monitoring was put into place to keep an extremely close eye on employees use of the company owned hardware. In some cases, browser history was used to terminate employee who happened to browse to various job search websites. Terrible! Later learned that the entire HR department was eventually let go, hopefully this was the reason. Small IT environment also means very little chance to move up. Actually, ZERO chance.
