No Upward Growth Potential - Teacher, Secondary School Klein ISD Employee Review

Twice applied for two different positions within the same group. Current employees are supposed to be interviewed, especially if they have the qualifications. Didn't get a phone call or interview for either position. Only chose those they knew and were part of their social click. Of more than 25 applicants, only brought in a couple to interview with and said there were too many good applicants. Take away, they didn't want to spend the time to interview all those qualified.
