DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN or any other MINORITY! You will be given the teaching assignments the other teachers do not want. There will be no opportunity for your personal growth. This is a trend throughout the entire district. You will not be seen as a human being, you will be seen as a workhorse.
