Pros
They are trying to change the culture of the district in a more positive and inclusive way, for students, teachers and the community. And I like that they are actually taking action; it's not just words and intentions.
Cons
It is a slow process to change a district and not everyone embraces change. And sadly, some are even fighting the progress.
