Teachers and staff work hard to help their students succeed.
Cons
No transparency, staff have left and there is no reason given, whether they were fired or quit. Schoolwide initiatives rolled out without information to staff. Teachers and most staff try hard to make things work, but when Administration doesn't give us buy-in to make sure the initiatives are successful- it won't be successful.
