It’s a large district with diverse cultures.
Cons
They don’t care about you as a person you are just a number. They give wayyyy tooo much power to admin without any voice from staff. I worked for the district for 10 years and had a horrible BRAND NEW ADMIN that they supported 100% even when I had been submitting claims all year long. I have 20+ specific examples of toxic admin that multiple employees have complained about and they do NOTHING! They don’t listen to employees. No room to grow especially if admin doesn’t like you and even if you have stellar evaluations
