Pros
You learn a lot since you do the job of 2 to 3 recruiters at other companies
Cons
I have never worked at a company with such high turnover due to leadership. People come and go like crazy, specifically on the TA team. As a recruiter you are given a ton of requisitions and have to figure out how to manage it. Leadership will not support or have your back if you are not performing up to their unrealistic standards. Leadership will ping and call you outside working hours, PTO, and weekends. If leadership doesn't like you, they will figure out a way to get you fired, even if you are good at your job. I have seen it many times in my time there. Hiring practices are extremely biased and not based on skillset. They need to implement more DEI training and create a better culture/environment for employees. TA/HR leadership puts pressure on current employees to leave good reviews and is asked multiple times to do so. Extremely sad that they have to force/ pressure current employees to share good reviews instead of changing the leadership to get organic good reviews. During exit interviews HR is provided information/feedback on the TA leadership and do nothing with it. Definitely reconsider working here - the interview process can be deceiving as they take you to lunch and act like they want to get to know you on a personal level.
