Everything. Cheap company, the owners are idiots and think they know everything about the lighting industry in the US by comparing it to Poland. They will blame you in anyway possible just to have control. The engineering team must be illiterate because they don't know how to read and understand what an email says. They constantly send out the wrong items and wrong pricing and then act like they did everything right when there is a problem. They will never take blame and always point a finger at somebody else when it's blatantly clear that they're the ones that caused the problem. If you quit or leave the job they will screw out of your last paycheck and not pay you what you deserve.
