      good pay and benefit's for what your actually doing, usually you're just sitting at a table watching people pay and pointing out any mistakes. 24hr business so you can work when ever is easier. your pretty much guaranteed 40+ hour weeks

      Cons

      your gonna usually be around drunk people which can be annoying and sometimes they can cause problems. the only real cons to this job are some of the players, you get all walks of life in the casino industry

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
