      Repetitive. Predictable. A constant question of," Will you work overtime?" Never scheduling overtime.

We recognize that some of the job responsibilties are repetitive in nature, so we are continuously looking for ways to provide associates more opportunities to mentor and/or explore other functions of the company such as training or operations. We are always evolving!

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
