      I’ve worked several jobs before this and I’ve only liked 1 other job only because of my co-workers. This job offers pretty much everything I’m looking for. Growth, fun, good environment, full-time benefits. Pros: Personal growth Fun learning new games Good co-workers Set time schedule and can request off easily Breaks are on time

      Cons

      Training and podium can be more organized. Also break room can be cleaner. But we do share that with casino people.

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
