      Pros

      Working at Knighted Ventures has taught me a lot and I am very grateful for the company. Excellent starting pay, advancement opportunities, great leadership spread across the company, supervisors that care about you and your goals. The company culture is pretty nice as well, we all come from different backgrounds and contribute something special to the company.

      Cons

      Point system is still flawed, I think we need to take a look at it one more time and really make those necessary changes. I do like it but could be improved.

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
