      They hire anyone who can pass a background check and can do basic math

      Cons

      While they are upfront with how to get a pay raise, it is quite hard to get the hours in on the games you need to get said pay raise

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
