      Pros

      Typical day is 80% like a hobby and %20 work. I’ve learned a lot from different variety of great people. Management has been great and helpful. Workplace has been easy and fun. Difficult conversations is the hardest part of job. Most enjoyable are easy and fun management group.

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
