Pros
Entertaining work environment. Casino gaming is always a unique experience. Company culture is good. Focus on employee development, both professionally and personally. Four day work week is great for work/life balance. Starting pay is not great, but also not terrible for a job that requires no experience. Attainable raises for job progression help to boost that pay as well.
Cons
24 hour business, so schedules can be challenging. Customer service job, so there's sh**ty people to deal with sometimes. Can get repetitive/monotonous.
