Pros
The work is pretty easy, mostly just watching table games and making sure that stuff gets paid out correctly. The company offers paid training and you get raises when you learn new games. They also promote from within so there's opportunity for advancement and sometimes they open internships for things like IT or HR if you're interested in branching out.
Cons
Sometimes the customers can be a little bit much, but management is supportive when it comes to dealing with people who get too rowdy.
