      - They really invested in my leadership training and development - Knighted have a lot of resources to help with personal and professional needs. - Upper management are easily accessible and easy to talk to as they're understanding and compassionate - Flexible scheduling that allowed me to spend time with family - Love the Knighted Neighbors. It's their way of giving back to the community through donations and volunteers work.

      Cons

      - Can't say anything negative about the company. If anything I would say that we could have more holiday party

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
