      Pros

      I've been with KE for three years and have seen a lot of growth in the company. They've always kept to their roots of being a family-owned, community-oriented company. Advancements are great and management has improved with restructuring to ensure teams get what they need to succeed. Training is also amazing; it's a very big priority here to see our people advance their professional skills and take on bigger roles.

      Cons

      PTO and paid holidays are somewhat lacking in comparison to other companies. Supervisors are usually pretty flexible though!

      Pros

      Several different fields of work to learn about and find what fits best for yourself, very knowledgeable staff about the work performed daily, excellent source of resources from within.

      Cons

      Some job sites are quite some distance from home, those who may not like to travel may turn away, but there is always options of working close to home with this company as well!
