Overworked/Undercompensated - Controls Engineer Knobelsdorff Enterprises Employee Review

I've been with KE for three years and have seen a lot of growth in the company. They've always kept to their roots of being a family-owned, community-oriented company. Advancements are great and management has improved with restructuring to ensure teams get what they need to succeed. Training is also amazing; it's a very big priority here to see our people advance their professional skills and take on bigger roles.

PTO and paid holidays are somewhat lacking in comparison to other companies. Supervisors are usually pretty flexible though!
