Working with the clients. Flexible scheduling. Kind colleagues. Paid mileage. Decent pay.
Cons
Being new and working in homes with online supervision is a tough start for the inexperienced; but they have been very supportive overall. I think your experience as an RBT is also highly dependent on additional knowledge and training that you can seek prior to starting, your BCBA and the families or schools that you work with. I also wish I had health insurance.
One thing you can be sure of here is the lack of work. These fake people will fool you for a long time. The only positive is getting away.
Cons
The people in the leadership roles are horrible. These evil people spend considerable time lying to employees. They promise ample work hours, but they fail to deliver. You can go weeks without work, and it's terribly stressful. They also pay a ridiculously low amount.
