Clueless leadership. Every month reps are made to do BTEs, leaving pipeline dry for subsequent months. Revolving door of reps who come and go. No consequences faced by leadership from poor decisions. Sales reps bear the brunt aka become collateral damage from leadership’s bad calls. These reps are talented, hungry and willing to grind it out. But no one has a clue how to operate the business. Once in a while they try to paper cracks by offering Awardco points. Zero sum game. People checked out.
