Pros

They put a lot of support behind their employees. There's extensive training and onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a career coach you can book time with. You are encouraged to explore potential career paths and apply for jobs you're interested in. Company-wide monthly bonuses are also a plus.

Cons

Work life balance is not really a reality for revenue roles. There is unlimited PTO, but you are still expected to hit your numbers for that month (which means making up those calls, etc. on other days). You are expected to spend time every week on education, but time is not allowed for that, it's something you have to do on your own time. Benefits for the individual employee are good but the cost to cover a family is very high for a company of this size.

Hello, I also think KnowBe4 is a great company if you’re early in your career, and I think it’s a great company for those later in their careers too! As you said, KnowBe4 provides a lot of coaching and training, which means our employees are constantly learning, growing, and preparing to be able to step-up into new promotions. As you mentioned, we even encourage employees to take 5 hours a week to focus on continued education. This is not required but highly encouraged and can even be done during working hours. I hope you took advantage of all our training and development benefits while you were working here and wish you the best of luck on your future career journey.

Pros

Great place to work. Easy to get along with people and aligned to a common goal.

Cons

At the time the work I was doing wasn't really challenging and kind of boring.

Pros

Great office snacks, free ev charging, cool coworkers

Cons

Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
