      Pros

      Everything! Every person in every department works as one big team all going in the same direction. Having an environment like this creates energy, excitement, a tight-knit (large) community, all sharing in the same dreams, goals, and desires; all while helping organizations across the globe fight cybercriminal activity.

      Cons

      This place is such a positive, fantastic environment that focuses on helping organizations, that it's a shame there's only 8 hours in the workday ;)

      Pros

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      Cons

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
