VERY high turnover, 4 ppl from my class alone quit within 6 months, and others I know are currently looking for other roles.
Low pay, below market average.
The biggest con is the workload. To get all your work done, you have to come in earlier or leave later. It's not like management will ask you to stay late, but you will get pulled aside and asked why certain things aren't done, so you stay late to avoid those conversations.
I realized I was working for less pay, so I left. And since its salary and no overtime pay, you are essentially working for free. I understand maybe having to stay late a few times a quarter, but once it's constant, that's an issue for me.
I don't think the company intentionally overworks CSM'S I believe the constant turnover is the issue for why we had so many accounts. When someone leaves they spread those accounts onto the team, which means more clients to handle.
