Great Company and Amazing Culture! - Anonymous employee Knowledge Services Employee Review

I worked for Knowledge Services for a little less than a year. I had such a positive experience with everyone there from day one. Human Resources and Leadership all really make an effort to make every employee feel welcome and engaged on a daily basis. They have monthly events that bring everyone together and promotes a close-knit culture. You can tell the executives genuinely cares about the work the company does, but also how the employees themselves feel about coming into work. After moving onto a different company, I can say that the effort Leadership, HR, and managers put forth to make the company feel special isn't something you find most places. I would highly recommend Knowledge Services to anyone looking for a positive work environment with passionate, caring coworkers.
