Our team works hard to ensure that our contract Talent is properly trained, supported, and setup for success in their role. Unfortunately, for Talent contracted through Knowledge Services on behalf of a client, we have limited control over pay and insurance benefits. However, our team is always working to make sure our contracted Talent feels appreciated and compensated. As you know, we have made a lot of improvements over the last five years!
