Business Outlook
Pros
All departments from registration, to E.D., to the lab, etc. seem to work well together to communicate the needs of the patients. Co-workers are all great to work with. Physicians are approachable. The needs of the patients are put first.
Cons
Sometimes management are outright unwilling to get involved with an issue that does not affect patient care. Schedules and PTO are an example. It seems that it is a little more difficult than it needs to be to actually use your PTO. Also, they seem to be willing to work around school schedules but not many other considerations.
