      Pros

      They offer paid time off.

      Cons

      This is a short term job for everyone involved, not a career. It's hard to take these high scoring reviews serious. They have continued to lower pay for sales every quarter for the past year. They constantly tinker with your pay and clearly show that they do not care for their employees. It's very difficult to sell a product that has a low approval rate compared to other LTO. Everyone is scared to speak their mind. Even if we did, you wouldn't listen. One person is holding this company back and everyone reading this review knows exactly who that is.

We agree that a stable commission structure that offers unlimited upside, stability in key performance indicators, recognizes top performance and is highly competitive in the market is of the utmost importance. As a result, we have maintained consistent performance indicators across most of our “job families” for the past year while making adjustments to tiers on a quarterly basis at most. Many of our associates have enjoyed total compensation that is double and even triple what their expectation was prior to coming onboard. We also appreciate the significant product, user experience and process feedback from all of our salespeople - whether they are just joining the company with “fresh eyes” or if they have been with us for many years and enjoyed many promotions along the way.       Pros

      Koalafi has been an incredible learning opportunity for me and I've been able to build expertise in a variety of areas while shaping strategic initiatives for the company. I consistently feel supported and coached (and pushed!) by my amazing leader. The team is highly motivated and full of smart people that are great to work with. Comp and benefits are very good. I feel motivated by the mission of the company to help folks get access to important things that they would otherwise not be able to afford, all while helping them rebuild/repair their credit.

      Cons

      We've had a lot of transition in the past ~year with a CEO departure, interim period, and bringing on a new CEO. That has at times made it harder to embrace our value of "focus on what's most important" as priorities shift. The work is still moving forward but it feels like there's opportunity for increased precision and efficiency.

      Pros

      It is a very positive experience working at Koalafi. I have always felt welcomed by a supportive team that genuinely cared about collaboration and helping one another succeed. The company does a great job of creating an environment where employees feel valued and connected to the broader mission. The work is fast-paced and engaging, with opportunities to develop new skills and gain exposure to different areas of the business. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there is a strong emphasis on customer experience and continuous improvement. One of the things I appreciate most is the people. My colleagues are knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to jump in when needed. The culture strikes a nice balance between accountability and flexibility, making it a great place to learn and contribute. Pros: Supportive team, positive culture, meaningful work, approachable leadership, opportunities to learn. Overall: I would recommend Koalafi to anyone looking for a collaborative environment with great people and opportunities to make an impact.

      As with many growing companies, priorities can shift quickly, which requires adaptability and flexibility.
