Pros
Always busy, solid company, no lay offs with plenty of opportunities to get over time. Good 401k matching dollar for dollar up to 6%.
Cons
Low wages, no bonuses. HE department was iffy at best. Need a raise schedule with clear goals. I went 5 years without a raise and didn't know what else I needed to do to advance.
