Thanks for taking time to share this feedback. Encouraging respect is imperative in the work environment, as it helps drive trust, collaboration, and constructive challenge. To reinforce its application, as with all Principles, we seek feedback on ‘how we’re doing’ through performance reviews, company surveys, and seeking and responding to feedback like yours. In addition, we provide access to HR leaders and a Guideline phone number for submitting concerns anonymously, if necessary. We want all employees to feel comfortable speaking up and helping to hold one other accountable.
