      Pros

      At Koch, there is the ability to create your own career path, which is a huge benefit for me. The benefits package (vacation, education, etc) are tailored to each employee, and the recruiting process takes what drives you into consideration. The ability to work from home when needed is a major plus for me as well.

      Cons

      There is no paid maternity leave.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Base is 27/hr in Texas with a 4500 signing bonus. Also good benefits.
